Well, this is a fascinating thing isn’t it?
After admitting to host Katy Tur that he’d been interviewed by Mueller’s investigators, the host asked Nunberg if he believes the special counsel “has anything” on Trump.
“I think they may,” the ex-aide responded. “I think he may have done something during the election. But I don’t know that for sure.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Nunberg told Tur that he thinks it’d be “funny” if he were arrested for failure to comply with Mueller’s subpoena.
“Why does Bob Mueller need to see my emails when I send Roger [Stone] and Steve [Bannon] clips and we talk about how much we hate people?” the erstwhile Trump aide asked rhetorically.
Not long after this interview Nunberg decided he was going to defy the Grand Jury subpoena by Mueller’s investigators to give continued testimony before that body because he simply didn’t feel like “spending 80 hours” looking through all his emails, that he felt Mueller wanted him to say that Roger Stone had colluded with Julian Assange [which he did, but that doesn’t mean Nunberg knows that exactly] and “Mueller thinks Trump is a Manchurian Candidate.”
Interesting note Nunberg was just saying a few days ago that Kushner was going “nefarious things” in the White House — although he’s probably just responding to the news that his family business got $500 Million in loans after some WH meetings — so this guy has got a mouth on him.
Then there’s this bit where he calls up Jake Tapper on the phone which is just stunning.
Speaking to Tapper he says he believes Trump knew about Juniors meeting with Veselnitskya. He says he didn't communicate with “scumbag, weird dude” Carter Page and that he thinks Page colluded with the Russians. [Yeah, He did] He says Comey “deserved to be fired for letting Hillary off”, but it was dumb to fire him because since he didn’t do anything about Hillary he wouldn’t do anything about Trump, however Mueller is an “honorable man.”
Mueller wants me to rat out Roger Stone and he won’t do it, or bother scanning his emails for contacts with Stone, Manafort, Gates, Bannon and Page.
Dude email comes with Search!! If you can’t do it on your own I’m sure the FBI has experts who can get a warrant and do that on their own.
He also said during a previous interview with Gloria Borger on CNN they asked me ridiculous questions like ‘Did I hear Russian spoken around Trump Tower?’ [Obviously he was out the day Veselnitskaya and Achmetshin showed up]. He says “I came up with the Wall, with the Muslim ban, with how he treated Jeb Bush. Corey wanted to push us out. Trump treated me like crap. Keith Schiller had said that — that idiot — Emin [Agalarov] had offered to send women to his room [in Moscow in 2013] and Trump refused it. Trump may have very well done something with the Russians during the election, we already know that Michael Cohen was trying to do Trump Tower Moscow. [Yes, we do!]
Just for the record this is why Nunberg was originally fired by the Trump campaign.
Nunberg allegedly wrote racially charged and disparaging political
posts dating back to 2007, including one calling civil rights leader Rev. Al Sharpton's daughter a "N—!" and another calling President Barack Obama a "Socialist Marxist Islamo Fascist Nazi Appeaser," Business Insider reported Friday. Nunberg is denying he wrote the posts.
Lewandowski told CNN on Friday that the posts are "offensive" and said Nunberg would be fired if he indeed wrote those posts.
"They were offensive and they do not reflect Mr. Trump's position and we take them very seriously," he said. "If it determined that Mr. Nunberg made these statements then he will no longer be part of the campaign."
Lewandowski said he oversees "personnel decisions" as campaign manager and promised a "swift decision" once he can verify whether or not Nunberg authored the posts.
Basically I think this guy is a damn racist fool and he’s headed for fracking jail. Most of what he has to so is completely uninformed and useless, especially since he was fired from the Trump campaign in August of 2015, but it has managed to get a rise out of Huckabee-Sanders.
“I definitely think he doesn’t know that for sure because he’s incorrect,” Sanders said. “I’ve said many times before that there was no collusion with the Trump campaign. Anything further on what his actions are, he didn’t work at the White House so I certainly can’t speak to him or lack of knowledge that he has.”
Yeah, that’s not even close to true, but thanks for playing Sarah.
People at the Trump WH were watching all this stuff in real time — and that’s pretty funny.
White House staffers watched along as former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg called into cable news shows three times within two hours on Monday — and were shocked by what they saw.
CNN reported Monday that Nunberg’s interviews stunned several Trump administration aides who’ve grown used to scandal, calling them “bizarre” and “nuts.
Other aides have said “they try to tune out daily developments on the Russia investigation — the only way, they say, they’d be able to continue about the business of running the country.”
Although this is wonderful spectacle Mueller this week seems to have kicked his investigation into overdrive simultaneous requesting not just all the contacts that Nunberg had with 10 didn’t members of the Trump campain including Bannon, Manafort, Page and Hope Hicks but also requesting the same thing from all of them.
WASHINGTON — The grand jury investigating alleged collusion between Russia and Donald Trump's presidential campaign has sent a witness a subpoena seeking all documents involving the president and a host of his closest advisers, according to a copy of the subpoena received by former adviser Sam Nunberg and reviewed by NBC News.
According to the subpoena, which was sent to Nunberg by special counsel Robert Mueller, investigators want emails, text messages, work papers, telephone logs and other documents going back to Nov. 1, 2015, 4½ months after Trump launched his campaign.
Additionally Muellerhas dropped all the remaining charges against Rick Gates, is looking into whether the Trump admin knew about Hillary’s stolen emails before the WaPo originally reported it [we know that Papadopoulos and Page we told by Mifsud and the Russians, anyone else they told and knew would be part of a Conspiracy to commit Misprision of Felony]. Mueller is looking into means to charge the Russian hackers who hacked and leaked emails although some have already been arrested and charged, he’s investigating if Kushner has used his WH position to enrich his personal business, have questioned an adviser to Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan of the United Arab Emirates in addition to questioning others about possible attempts by the UAE to buy political influence in the United States.
Actually the story I find much more interesting, and is potentially more valuable from the investigatorial standpoint is story about “sex guru” Anastasia Vashukevich says that she has information linking Oleg Deripaska — who she previously had an affair with — to the Kremlin and their efforts to affect the election in favor to Trump. She’s offering this information in exchange for asylum in the U.S. Which seems unlikely since the U.S. State Dept under Tillerson would have to approve it.
Unfortunately you can’t just blow this off because information from her Instagram account and her book largely verify most of what she’s claiming and what even more interesting is that this has already been traced down and vetted by Russian opposition leader Aleksei Navalny, mostly because friends of Vashukevich actually showed up at their headquarters for a prank and she herself posted a video where she claim she or one of her friends were going to “Fuck Him” and get it on tape to embarrass him.
I mean Navalny had been previously arrested on Trumped up charges, so he was barred from running in this years Presidential election against Putin, so he’s already somewhat neutralized as a threat — but why not go the extra few kilometers and embarrass him even further? Yeah, that is about how Putin rolls isn’t it?
Navalny’s video — which is fully subtitled — about Russian corruption relies heavily on videos and photographs from Vashukevich which shows her on a 3 day yatch trip during August of 2016 with Oleg Deripaska and Russian Deputy Prime Minister Sergei Eduardovich Prikhodko which was allegedly part of a plot to bribe him using prostitutes.
On the recording Deripaska says that “Eduardovich is friends with [former Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs] Victoria Nuland” Nuland was one of the first persons in government to receive copies of the Steele Dossier, which she referred to the FBI.
Vashukevich has told reporters from her cell in Bangkok that she has 16-18 hours of recordings of Deripaska and Prikhodko including their discussions of the 2016 U.S. election with at least three different Americans, whom she won’t name — yet. [Hm, Manafort, Page, Papadopoulos, Nuland?]
Navaly also points out on his video that Prikhodko is friends with Igor Sechin, CEO of Rosneft, who according to the Steele dossier had a personal meeting with Carter Page in Russia where he totally “didn’t collude” or so he says.
How exactly Prikhodko friendship with Nuland fits into things remains up into air… for now.
Here’s the CNN report on the story.
Also it turns out the Michael Cohen has been complaining that he wasn’t reimbursed for the $130,000 worth of hush money he paid Stormy Daniels. Exactly who was supposed to reimburse him for that? And also his bank flagged the transaction a suspicious to the Treasury Department.
Also just for the record the State Department hasn’t spent $120 Million that they were given to help fight future Russian election meddling. Now why would they just sit on all that money while falsely claiming “Obama didn’t do any about the Russians”? Even though he certainly did and his former Chief of Staff just went on Meet the Press and said so, and also that Mitch McConnel watered down the bipartisan public letter they wanted to issue.
“The President asked the four leaders in a bipartisan meeting in the Oval Office to join him in asking the states to work with us on this question,” McDonough told NBC’s Chuck Todd, referring to a late September 2016 letter from the majority and minority leaders in both chambers to the National Association of State Election Directors.
“It took over three weeks to get that statement worked out,” McDonough continued. “It was dramatically watered down. You can ask Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi–”
“And it was watered down on the insistence of Mitch McConnell?” Todd interjected.
“Yes,” McDonough replied.
“And nobody else?” Todd asked.
“Yes,” McDonough confirmed.
Whoops.

In fact, he says the Russians haven’t paid a sufficient price to make them change their behavior. Why not give him the authority?”
-
“Nobody is denying him the authority!” Sanders shot back. “We’re looking at a number of different ways that we can put pressure [on the Russians]. This president… has been much tougher on Russia than his predecessor. [No, the fuck he hasn’t] Let’s not forget that this happened under Obama. This didn’t happen under President Trump. If you want to blame somebody on past problems then you need to look at the Obama administration.”
-
“This is not about the past!” Karl points out. “This is about preventing intrusion in the next election. He says he needs the authority and hasn’t been given it.”

During her interview she admits she has to sometimes tell “white lies” for Donald Trump in her role as communications director. [Would that include her claim that there were “no contacts between the Trump campaign and Russians” even after Kushner had emailed her about Don jr. talking to Wikileaks via twitter?] She denies lying about connections to Russia, but we already know she already did that.
-
She doesn’t answer any questions about the firing of James Comey or the Don Jr./Veselnitskaya meetings or how the initially false statement about it being “about adoptions” was drafted, or whether she claimed Don Jr. emails would “never get out”, but she does admit that she first learned about it on July 2017. [Which is interesting because I think Don Jr. testified to House Intel that he told her about it while she was on AF1 on July 8, 2017.]

He argues that “wasn’t a legal matter, but a matter of impeachment.” So Trump I guess he can’t be prosecuted yet, but he could be impeached.[Although I wouldn’t recommend it until he’s indicted or an unindicted co-conspirator.]

-

-
Kushner doesn’t quit after having his clearance level reduced and complains to friends he feels like “he’s being picked on” when it’s really all because of his own actions. That would apparently prove his “critics correct” about him but really being dull, naive and clueless tends to prove itself.
