A lot has happened in the last week, but as I cross the two year point where I’ve kept a detailed running timeline of Trump’s various corruption, crime and his involvement with Russia we’ve just had what may be his master stroke of diversion and distraction after he tweeted an attack on four prominent freshman congresswomen of color saying they should essentially go back to the shithole crime-riddled countries they came from, that they “hate America”, are anti-Semetic, and are “proud of Al Qaeda” in basically a bid to get the Democratic Party to embrace and protect them and all that — he claims — they stand for.
Sadly, as shown by this clip of 8 women from Dallas, Texas — it’s working.
These women are bigots, they’re accusing Ocacio-Cortez, Tlaib, Omar and Pressley of being “racist” simply because they don't have a “white friend” in the group and claiming that they’ve been racist against Trump. That is seriously deluded, and it’s exactly what Trump is counting on.
For the record, the neo-Nazis and skinheads are just loving this shit.
Of course everything Trump is saying is flatly bullshit. He says that Rep. Tlaib was “foul-mouthed” when she stated at a victory party in 2018 “Now, let’s go Impeach the mother-fucker!”
But then you have Trump himself here saying in public — with a microphone in front of his face — when talking about how he’s going to negotiate with China; “Listen, you mother-fuckers...”
He’s gone out — again, in public with a microphone — and said “Democrats are trying to distract you with bullshit” as they try to subpoena and testimony about his various crimes. It was Lindsay Graham who confirmed that he had said that he wanted to end the Temporary Protective Status for people from Guatemala and Haiti — which were legal immigrants who are here because of natural disasters in their own home — as “Shithole” countries and argued “Why can’t we have more people from Norway?” Yeah, because they haven’t had their entire country devastated by a massive earthquake lately, and also why should they come here when they have full healthcare coverage at home?
What he said this time was so racists, it’s literally in the textbook.
Yesterday the House voted to condemn Trump comments which Sen. Tim Kaine pointed out are so racists, they’re actually listed in the official EEOC manual as being blatantly discriminatory.
Federal law as enforced by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission counts discrimination based on nation of origin as one of several kinds of prohibited discrimination.
One example the EEOC lists on its website matches nearly word-for-word the President’s tweets.
“Examples of potentially unlawful conduct include insults, taunting, or ethnic epithets, such as making fun of a person’s foreign accent or comments like, “Go back to where you came from.”
Highlighting the EEOC’s language Tuesday, Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) wrote, “The President’s bigoted words are so contrary to who we are as a country that we literally have laws against them.”
“Go Back To Where you came from” is literally in the manual as violation of Civil Rights rules against discrimination based on national origin. That puts us right back to the 70’s when Trump and his dad were sued for racial housing discrimination and lost, twice. It doesn't get much more racist that than, however former Dana Rorbacher staffer Tara Setmeyer says that Republicans won’t stop making excuses for Trump bigotry until he says the “N-Word.”
“I think we’re at the point where I think anything short of the N-word they will make excuses for because at that point there is really no question about it, right?” she said. “So, it is obvious to everyone else, it is amazing to me how many of the Republicans are going out there and I said this yesterday, try to white-splain to people of color what racism is and what it feels like to deal with that every single day.”
I frankly don’t think that would be enough, we’ve already heard him openly confess to sexual assault when he said he likes to “grab ‘em by the pussy.” Former Apprentice producer Bill Pruitt has repeatedly said that there are tapes of Trump using the N-word openly behind the scenes of taping.
According to the show's co-producer Bill Pruitt, when the time came to pick a winner Trump gathered with other judges and producers in a huddle. Carolyn Kepcher, a judge and the chief operating officer of several Trump golf clubs, advocated for Jackson's victory.
"But will America buy a n***er winning?" Trump said, according to Pruitt. Pruitt said he was not sure exactly what happened next, but that the huddle ended and Rancic was eventually named the winner of season 1.
The account of Trump's use of the racial epithet is included in the book The Method to the Madness: Donald Trump's Ascent as Told by Those Who Were Hired, Fired, Inspired—and Inaugurated by reporters Allen Salkin and Aaron Short. The book is set to be released on July 9.
So we’re actually already past all that. We’re past “if” he ever used the N-word. We’re past debating whether or not Trump is just “using” racism for his own ends, or if he really is a flat-out racist. The answer is both. He’s using and distorting comments by Tlaib and Omar — where even Brietbart has debunked the claim that she “supports Al Qaeda” — to fuel a racist sentiment against them as being “UnAmerican”, essentially Birtherizing them all just as he did with President Barack Obama.
This isn’t a new playbook, it’s the same playbook all over again. the problem here isn’t just that Trump is a bigot, the problem is that bigotry and racism are a symptom of short-circuited thinking. People jump to conclusions without actually doing working out all the details, and assessing all the actual facts. This is why most of what they say comes out factually wrong so often, like in this case where he assumes that Pressley, Tlaib and Ocacio-Cortez have to be from some other place that’s “crime riddled.” Because why exactly? They’re from Cincinnati, Detroit and the Bronx. Meanwhhile Ilhan Omar has been a U.S. citizen for 6 years longer than Melania — so which is “more” American? He makes presumptions that are untrue, that are lies, then attacks them with those lies and then turns around and accuses them of “bigotry” when they criticize his actual policies, when they point out the human rights violations on our border, when they point out that his claim that he’s helped minorities so much because of low unemployment is completely meaningless while the racial wage gap continues to widen.
Overall, the findings indicate wages are slowly improving with the growing economy, but wage inequality has grown and wage gaps have persisted, and in some cases, worsened. In this post, I will highlight one particular worsening wage gap and look at it from multiple dimensions. Since 2000, by any way it’s measured, the wage gap between black and white workers has grown significantly.
[...]
The largest black–white wage gaps are found at the top of the wage distribution. The 33.4 percent wage gap for the highest-wage workers is explained in part by occupational segregation, the disproportionate likelihood for white workers to occupy positions in the highest-wage professions, and the pulling away of the top more generally.
Occupational segregation is particularly devastating for black women, who face a history of deep-seated racial and gender discrimination. Any number of fields would provide examples, but in my own, Rhonda Sharpe has documented the lack of representation in economics, and the American Economic Association’s Summer Program along with the recently formed Sadie Collective are working to diversify the field.
People may have jobs, but they'r probably shitty jobs, and probably more than one or two of those shitty jobs at once. They not getting ahead, they’re falling further behind and he’s oblivious to that. Trump’s inability to honestly think things through carefully without jumping to a conclusion that is politically convenient derails his thinking on every subject. This failed process is why he gets Climate Change wrong, it’s why he gets Trade wrong, it’s why he doesn’t understand the value of the Iranian Nuclear deal, it’s why he wrongly thinks NATO owes us money somehow, it’s why he frankly doesn’t know shit about shinola. The people that follow him have the same flawed thinking process, and they don’t now shit either.
The real question is why Trump decided to do this right now when it’s next week that Robert Mueller will be testifying live on TV before Congress. What’s he trying to distract people from?
Well, I think the strongest candidate is the fact that CNN release a report on the surveillance tapes that were generated by the Ecuadorian Embassy while Assange was there which clearly show that he was in contact with Russian agents just when he received copies of the DNC and Podesta email packages in 2016. This confirms Special counsel Robert Mueller in his report on Russian meddling, that couriers brought hacked files to Assange at the embassy.
The surveillance reports also describe how Assange turned the embassy into a command center and orchestrated a
series of damaging disclosures that rocked the 2016 presidential campaign in the United States.
Despite being confined to the embassy while seeking safe passage to Ecuador, Assange met with Russians and world-class hackers at critical moments, frequently for hours at a time. He also acquired powerful new computing and network hardware to facilitate data transfers just weeks before WikiLeaks received hacked materials from Russian operatives.
These stunning details come from hundreds of surveillance reports compiled for the
Ecuadorian government by UC Global, a private Spanish security company, and obtained by CNN. They chronicle Assange's movements and provide an unprecedented window into his life at the embassy. They also add a new dimension to the Mueller report, which
cataloged how WikiLeaks helped the Russians undermine the US election.
An Ecuadorian intelligence official told CNN that the surveillance reports are authentic.
[,,,]
Though confined to a few rooms inside the embassy, Assange was able to wield enormous authority over his situation. From the outset he demanded (and was granted) high-speed internet connectivity, phone service and regular access to professional visitors and personal guests. This arrangement enabled him to keep WikiLeaks active, the documents said.
[….]
The task of controlling Assange
proved difficult. Fistfights broke out between Assange and the guards. He
smeared feces on the walls out of anger.
Assange also maintained direct contact with senior officials in Ecuador, including former Foreign Minister Ricardo Patiño, and regularly used those connections to threaten embassy staff, according to the surveillance documents and two Ecuadorian government sources who spoke to CNN. He claimed he could get people fired, even the sitting ambassador.
The CNN report repeats key elements from the Mueller report showing that just before Assange received a “BIg Archive” of data from Guccifer 2.0 he requested an upgraded internet connection from the embassy. They also provided this timeline of their own.
Summer 2016: The releases begin

As you may notice this report hasn’t been repeated on CNN since it was originally broadcast on Monday. I can only find the
spanish language version of the report on Youtube, not the original. And yet I can easily find several reports from RT which claim to have “debunked” the CNN report.
This report has been buried, but it’s exactly the confirmation of Russians being linked to Assange and the Wikileaks releases that disproves the Seth Rich conspiracy that the DNC hack was an inside job — which happens to be a piece of disinformation that was
also generated by Russian Intelligence.
The SVR circulated a fake “bulletin” it passed off as a genuine intelligence report about Rich, who was killed in Washington, D.C., in July 2016 in what the D.C. Police Department have said was a botched robbery,
Yahoo news reported on Tuesday.
The document outlined the initial conspiracy theory, that Rich was killed on Clinton’s orders on his way to alert the FBI to corruption within the Clinton campaign. The same day, the details were reproduced on the website whatdoesitmean.com, which attributed them to “Russian intelligence.”
“
To me, having a foreign intelligence agency set up one of my decedents with lies and planting false stories, to me that’s pretty outrageous,” former Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Sines, who oversaw the Rich case until she retired in 2018, told Yahoo.
In 2016 Trump used bullshit conspiracy theories about Seth Rich, and that Hillary Clinton had somehow betrayed the nation with Benghazi, with Uranium One and kneecapped the Sanders campaign with the DNC to become the Democratic nominee — now he’s using more bullshit conspiracies that “the Squad” are a bunch of unAmerican immigrants who support al Qaeda and hate America who are anti-White, anti-Semetic racists themselves who throw out the “race card” whenever the get in trouble — and whom the entire Democratic Party supports.
It’s not about the fact that the Republican party supports racism — which they do, both directly and indirectly — it’s that Democrats aren’t Americans. They’re socialists. Communists. Anti-Semites. Anti-White. That's what he’s playing at.
He can’t be allowed to get away with it. And unfortunately we’re going to give him just what he wants, a weak Impeachment Vote that will fail and he can continue using as an example of how “radical and partisan” the Democrats are while Mwah ha ha-ing his way into the sunset.
We need to get better at this game.
Here are the remaining timeline items for this next month:
July 10th —
- DOJ instructs two of Mueller’s deputies not to appear before Congress next week.
- UK Ambassador Kim Darroch resigns.
- Trump credits his “you'd be in jail” moment for his winning in 2016 and overcoming the Access Hollywood tape. [Yeah, he should credit Wikileaks for releasing the Podesta emails that same day.]
- Rep. Ilan Omar responds to Tucker Carlson’s xenophobic rant ; “Kinda fun watching a racist fool weeping over my presence in Congress.” [Yes, it is.]
- The US Women’s Soccer Team get a ticker tape parade and rally in New York City.
- WaPo delivers a fact-check that demolishes Kellyanne Conway’s bullshit filled appearance on Fox and Fools where she claimed that Citizenship was asked as part of the census for 50 years before “Obama yanked it out” — but Obama had nothing to do with it since it hasn't been asked in the census for 50 years, and doesn’t need to be since we have more accurate ways of getting that info, the question is included in the American Community Survey which goes out every year, not every five years, and only reaches 3.5 Million people.
- A Three Judge Appeals panel dismisses the Trump emoluments suit.
- Acosta tries to defends his handling of the Epstein case claiming that he would have “gotten away” if he hadn’t “stepped in” and complains that “facts are being overlooked” but other former Federal prosecutor think that's a crock of shit. He had apparently told the Trump transition team that he was told to “back off” Epstein because he had ties to “intelligence”, but he gives a cagey cryptic answer about that now.
- CNN Legal analyst Paul Callan demolished Acosta’s excuses that he didn’t want to “roll the dice” because Epstein might have been acquitted by pointing out that they “never even picked up the dice” by even interviewing the 30-40 victims in the case who were all chidren at the time.
- Conservative OAN Network tries to blame Acosta’s actions on the Epstein case on Robert Mueller, but he was FBI Director at the time and they do the investigating, US Attorneys like Acosta was at the time negotiate with the lawyers.
- Former Palm Beach State Prosecutor Barry Krichner completely blows up Acosta’s excuses by pointing out that the State had aquired a grand jury indictment and there was a 53 page Federal indictment with 30-40 witness until Acosta started his secret negotiations at a Hotel with the defense team’s firm — which Acosta used to work for. Normally prosecutors negotiate with the Defense at their offices, but Acosta met with the defense lawyer secretly at a hotel outside Miami and agreed to keep the deal secret from the victims personally — which is in violation of the Criminal Victims Rights Act.
- A second federal judge blocks the original DOJ Census team from backing out of the case.
- Other Ambassadors admit that they’ve sent the same types of cables as Kim Darroch to their own counties: “It could have been any one of us.”
- MSNBC’s Yamance Alcinder explains that Acosta can’t admit his previous mistakes or apologize because Trump hates that as a sign of weakness — almost as much as he hates people who cough — and that’s how he’s going to keep his job.

[The fighting is fine, but they should keep it in school not air it out in public.]
- Trump declares “victory" on the citizenship question by giving up on the census and instead using administrative documents to count non-citizens which was a more accurate suggestion the Commerce Dept came up with in Jan of 2018. [So, why exactly did he spend a year and a half pushing the census question case to the Supreme Court, and then keep pushing it after he lost?] After his announcement in the Rose Garden a scuffle breaks out between Playboy/CNN reporter Brian Karem and Sebastian Gorka while a FoxNewser in a bright red “Freedom" dress heckles the press.

He also whines that it's not “free speech" when reporters write “bad stories” about him that make him mad. [Yeah, that's exactly what it is. So he doesn't want conservatives who promote lies and hate banned and blocked for doing that, but reports who write stories he doesn't like should be censured?]
- Former MTV Real World Star and Fox News “pundit" Rachel Campos-Duffy spouts a bizarre slur against AOC that she could be working for America’s enemies: “So we’re looking at someone who basically wants to give you the wish-list for terrorists, the wish-list for criminal cartels and sex traffickers,” Campos-Duffy continued. “And you have to wonder: Is she working for them? Or is she working for the American people?”
July 12th —

[‘All four of them are American citizens, 3 of them — AOC, Pressley and Tlaib — were born in the U.S. except for Ilhan Omar who is naturalized after coming to the US as a refugee from Somalia at 9 years-old.] Then he attacks Democrats for being the “Real Racists” : “So sad to see the Democrats sticking up for people who speak so badly of our Country and who, in addition, hate Israel with a true and unbridled passion. Whenever confronted, they call their adversaries, including Nancy Pelosi, “RACIST.” [AOC specifically denied she was calling Pelosi Racist.] If the Democrat Party wants to continue to condone such disgraceful behavior, then we look even more forward to seeing you at the ballot box in 2020!”

- Bernie Sanders says Pelosi is being “a little bit tough” of the Progressive Squad.
- Mike Pence spokeswoman Alyssa Farah loses it with former Breitbart reporter Kurt Bardella for slamming Trump’s obvious and repeated racism and yet he still has support for Epstein, “This is a wildly irresponsible tweet - but he’ll still get booked on TV to lie & misrepresent the views of a Party he never understood,”

I can tell you that they have made Israel feel abandoned by the U.S” [This fracking guy is lecturing people on being “foul mouthed?”]

- Trump tries to flip his comments into being about Anti-Semitism by Omar [Which is still, Bullshit.]
- Steve Scalise say “We never disrespected the Office [Under Obama]!” [The fuck you didn’t. “You Lie!” “It’s not true (about Citizens United)”. How many times did you fracks vote to overturn the ACA? - Kellyanne Conway snaps back at Jewish reporter Andrew Feinberg (who used to work for RT but quit them when they had to register as foreign agents) and asks him “What’s your ethnicity” when he asks what country he would send the Squad “back to”? Then she says Forget Dem Reps “We’re sick and tired of many of the people in the Country who put America Last… Denigrate our Military.. and Border Patrol” [Deflection much? Yeah, we know that’s why you’re trying to throw us all out, very nice “Day of the Rope” of ya.]

- Sorry, not so Sorry. Trump tweets that the media is wrong to focus on the “Send her back” chant rather than his bogus claims of “vile” things that the the Squad supposedly has said. Then when asked if he takes back his original tweet that inspired the “Send Her Back” chant he says he’s upset that a Representative can be Anti-Semitic, Hate America and call his crowd “Garbage.” [All of these are LIES so Yeah, not sorry.] He also claims that “Impeachment is over” since Rep. Al Greens motion over his racism was tabled.

This is their country, they’re citizens of the United States! “You can’t say that to me!” he said. “I’ve gotten into ten street fights based on that, saying to me, because I’m Puerto Rican, go back… Once you make citizenship conditional on your political loyalties, you’re on a very dangerous path here.” [Yep.]
- Former FBI Director James Comey outlines the questions he would ask Meuller.

- Iran’s Republican Guard seizes two tankers, one from England and another from Liberia. The one from Liberia is soon released.
- Greg Sargent at the WaPo writes that "Send her Back” is making some Republicans very nervous because they’re losing their “racism deniability”: “You can locate a zone of plausible deniability, in which one can claim support for such policies on pragmatic, economic or “cultural” grounds, and not out of any desire to make the United States whiter,” Sargent writes. “It’s precisely this zone that Republicans now seek to inhabit.” He also states that Trump leads a global hate movement.

- Trump who said he wasn’t going to watch the Hearings, airs his grievances against Meuller, again.
- The Mueller Hearings Begin.
- He states that Russia definitely interfered with the Election and that the Trump campaign openly accepted that interference and even made it the central part of the campaign strategy, and that the OLC did not allow him to indict, however that didn't prevent him from investigating. [For other future prosecutions, congress or other releated cases.]
- He confirms that it’s inaccurate to say that he “found no evidence of obstruction”. [Which means that he did.]
- He agrees with Rep. Richmond that Trump ordered his staff to falsify records to protect himself.
- He agrees that Rep. Jackson-Lee that there was “sufficient factual and legal basis” to continue an investigation of the president for obstruction of justice.
- He confirms with a "No”, that he did not “total exonerate Trump.’
- He shocks Rep. Ken Buck who asks if Trump could be indicted and prosecuted when he leaves office: “Yes.”
- Ted Lieu outlines all 3 elements needed for obstruction and gets Meuller to agree with them all, and that if not for the OLC ruling, he could have been indicted.
- GOP members rant and rave about the Steele Dossier and Peter Strozk, but don’t add much actual value because neither of them had much to do with Mueller also Barr is re-re-re-investigating Steele, so it’s an open case and he can’t talk about it.
- Dems take turns and address the substantive factual elements of the worst three cases of obstruction with McGhan, Lewandowski, Dearborn and Priebus who were all asked to tell Jeff Sessions to fire Meuller and all of them refused to do it. Both McGahn and KT McFarland were asked to draft false memos denying the request to fire Meuller, and that Trump knew anything about Flynn asking Kislyak to keep cool about the sanctions, respectively — neither did it. Then they address Trump’s attempts to witness tamper with Cohen and Manafort via Twitter and his lawyers. Meuller confirms that these are the key obstruction elements.
- Meuller agrees with Schiff that his investigation was “not a Witchhunt.”
- Meuller pushes back hard on the theory that he hired his staff for their pollitical views. “We strove to hire those individuals that could do the job,” Mueller said. “I’ve been in this business for almost 25 years, and in those 25 years, I have not had occasion once to ask somebody about their political affiliation. It is not done. What I care about is the capability of the individual to do the job and do the job quickly and seriously and with integrity.” [Also that would be illegal to hire in the DOJ for a deliberate political bias.]
- He says that accepting foreign campaign help should be and can be a crime. [Apparently it’s not a crime right now because that’s the collusion that Trump just got away with becuase it wasn’t a joint conspiracy with the Russians, it was just in tandem and parrallel with them.] and that Trump “gave a boost to criminal activity” when he encouraged Wikileaks info dumps and he “fears that foreign interference will become the ‘new normal’”
- Adam Schiff introduces a devastating timeline of Trump’s Disloyalty to the Country.
- Nunes attacks the entire FBI probe and makes an ass of himself with conspiracy theories.
- Matt Gaetz also embarrases himself.
- In the second Hearing Meuller corrects his answer to Ted Lieu and says that the OLC prevented the OSC from reaching a conclusion on an indictment, not that they definitely would have indicted otherwise.
- He reveals that the DOJ is still investigating Don Jr for his contacts with Wikileaks and other Trump associates for possibly being vulnerable to blackmail.
- Because Meuller is hesitant, mumbly and unsure in some of his answers Trump Jr. retweets a meme suggesting that he’s “mentally retarded.” [is there some other kind of retarded? That phrase seems mentally retarded.]
- Nicole Wallace says “forgive me for ever being a Republican” after seeing how Right-wingers react to Meuller’s testimony.
- Trumpworld insists the hearing is a “Big Win” for Trump because they strutted out all their conspiracy theories and Meuller ignored them or blew them off except for that claim that his team was “partisan.”
- Trump does a victory lap before the Press and claims the entire investigation was a hoax, Wikileaks was a hoax and Mueller’s performance was weak and pathetic then he attacks a reporter “Your the worst, Fake News” when she points out the Mueller said he could still be indicted in the future.
- Chairman Cummings says “I’m begging the American people to pay attention.”
- Pelosi says they’re still not ready to begin an Impeachment Inquiry until after they’ve resolve their supeona issues in the Courts. [This makes sense to me because without court confirmation of the subpeonas they can’t get McGahn, Lewandowski or anyone else to testify.]
- US District Judge Jon Tigar blocks Trump’s changes to asylum rules where he requires seekers not from Mexico to have applied their first and been rejected before they can apply in the US as “inconsistent with the existing asylum laws.” [Or to put it another way, illegal.]
- fTucker Carlson and Rep. Chris Stewart (R-UT) continues the Mueller tipped-off CNN about the Roger Stone arrest conspiracy theory even though that’s been disproved in Court already, the warrant wasn’t released until after officers were on the scene — CNN just figured it out on their own because they were paying attention and noticed the prosecutor came to court with a packed bag.
- Mitch McConnell blocks two bi-partisan election security bills from a vote because he claims having back-up paper ballots would grant a “partisan advantage.” [Er, Turtle-neck says what? Certainly this has nothing to do with all the money his superpac gets from Russian oligarchs.]
- Trump, his companies and family are facing a class actions lawsuit of one of his multi-level marketing get rich quick schemes.

The “Send her Back” chant doesn’t happen — but he does go on a riff about how the homicide rate in Baltimore is greater than Guatemala, Hondorus and Afghanistan. [It’s pretty close actually even if he seems to be celebrating Americans dying — Baltimore is ranked at #21 with a homicide rate per 100k ciizens is 54.8, San Salvador (#17) is 59.6, Guatemala City (#24) is 53.8, San Pedro Sula (#26) in Hondorus 51.8, but the top cities are Los Cabos Mexicco (#1) at 111.33, Caracus Venuzeula (#2) at 111.19, Acapulco Mexico (#3) at 106.63. However on national rates the top is El Salvador at 61.8, Hondorus is #5 at 41.8, Guatemala is #16 at 26.1, Afghanistan is #72 at 7.1 and the US is #90 at 5.3. His point here is that Baltimore isn’t fit for “human beings’ but somehow El Salvador, Hondorus and Guatemala don’t have a problem with their murder rate at all?]

[Because auctioning off a Senate seat sounds like good business to him?], he visits the Hospital in El Paso — but none of the recovering shooting survivors agree to meet him, so they do a photo op with the staff while bragging about his rally in February being bigger than Beto’s [althoughit wasn't] while the one baby who lost both her parents is brought back to the Hospital so Melania can hold it while he does a thumbs up and goofy grin like he’s taking a fan photo then and as soon as he says he open to more gun background checks [after he threatened to Veto the House bill, and removed the restriction for mentally ill persons] the NRA slaps him back down again.
