I wish there was something equivalent but which covered all of the executive branch. We have the impeachment trial, but that is limited to the direct incitement of the insurrection. We need something similar for the entire executive branch which includes thing which with Clark tried to overturn the valid results of the free and fair election . Thing also, we remember, tried to pressure Raffensperger into changing the valid results of a free and fair election devoid of widespread voter fraud. These aren’t Thing’s only attempts to improperly reverse or overturn the results of the fair and free election which we just held. This needs to be exposed.
Thing utterly hates democracy because thing knows it will struggle to win a free and fair election and frankly it can’t win fairly. The fact is that Thing’s personal attorney violated campaign finance laws by making a campaign contribution which was larger than the legal limit for an individual when he paid off the porn stars to be silent three weeks before the election. Thing repaid Thing’s lawyer and this shows that Thing’s lawyer was acting on behalf of Thing. Thus, Thing violated the campaign finance law.
Thing’s son met with Natalia Veselnitskaya in June of 2016 at the third floor of Thing’s Tower for a quid pro quo exchange in which the Russians would provide an in kind campaign contribution , opposition research which campaigns regularly spends hundreds of thousands of dollars or more on, to Thing’s campaign for favorable policies towards Putin. It is a violation of campaign finance law to solicit an in kind or any kind of campaign contribution from a foreign national or foreign government.
Congress is given the power of the purse in Article 1 section 8 of the US Constitution. Congress approved foreign aid to Ukraine and verified that they were eligible to receive such aid. It went through the Treasury Department, but the president does not have any right or power or authority to alter the terms of the aid or withhold it. Yet, Thing kept it withheld and when Thing spoke with the president of Ukraine finally, needing it to protect itself against Russia, requested the aid be sent, Thing immediately demanded a political favor. This, clearly, was intended by Thing to communicate to the president of Ukraine that in order to get the foreign aid, he had to do a political favor for Thing.
Thing called to imprison its political opponent at political rallies which is only done by third world banana republic dictators; we don’t (until recently) do that here in America.
Thing said, “We have to get rid of the ballots. They’re a disaster!” That is only said by something that hates democracy.
Thing tried to convince state legislators to select its slate of electors even if it lost the popular vote of the state.
Thing then tried to pressure Raffensperger to alter the valid results of Georgia after a free and fair election .
Thing tried to incite insurrectionists such that Congress would be intimidated from and afraid to count the valid electoral college votes from a free and fair election devoid of widespread voter fraud.
Thing tried to replace the Acting Attorney General Rosen with Clark so that Clark would write a letter to the Georgia state legislature would void the election results and then select its slate of electors or hold a new election.
This isn’t a comprehensive list of the evidence that Thing hates democracy, but this is just some of the evidence off the top of my head which shows Thing hates democracy and tried illegally to overturn the valid results of a free and fair election devoid of widespread voter fraud.
