A Recipe for Change:
1.) Identify why you are in the movement.
2.) Make your message as simple and honest as possible.
3.) Spread it everywhere, to everyone, wherever you go.
4.) Encourage those who are weary.
5.) Be there when it counts. Vote. Volunteer.
6.) Believe. Hope. Demand justice.
And once in a while...
7.) Take a break and chill your head.
