Today, more new congressional races will be effectively decided than any other day until the November election. Over the next few hours, I'll preview all of the 32 congressional races in Texas, and what will be decided in today's primaries. The returns will be available here begining at 7 PM CST.

[Update, by Jerome Armstrong] In the extended post, ByronUT has a detailed analysis, here's the skinny from my take in the general: Currently, Democrats have 16 seats, and the Republicans have 16 seats. The Democrats will be favored in 10 seats, and the Republicans will be favored in 17 (we are rooting for Morris Meyer in the 6th). There are 5 seats that are currently toss-ups. Democrats hold three (1st, 2nd, 17th), and Republicans hold two (19th, 32nd). The 32nd, Frost vs Sessions, is going to be one of hottest House battles in the nation.
