The Bush Campaign has finally come clean with the "Whatever It Takes" ad. While the Bush Administration acknowledges it was doctored, as covered by DailyKos; nevertheless, they intended no "harm"...

Reuters Reports:

President Bush's campaign acknowledged on Thursday that a television ad depicting soldiers listening to Bush speak had been doctored so that some of the faces of the soldiers appear more than once.

We'll see what the media outlets have to say. This story can raise a specter of doubt and at the very least:

"The ad has already been replaced."
