Welcome to the Sunday edition of the Street Prophets Coffee Hour, an open thread conveniently located at the intersection of Religion and Politics. I grew up in California. It was there that I first encountered Tex-Mex cooking. Many people seem to think that Tex-Mex cooking is Taco Bell. Nothing could be further from the truth.
