As reported by Danny Westneat who was at the Repub convention. The WA GOP actually put it in writing that they are NOT for Democracy. They are actually for TFG to be a Cesar, rolling back Constitutional Amendments and have state legislatures to appoint their Senators, etc. We are a in trouble if they get this into the national convention planks.

We have to elect all Dems this year from President to your local dog catcher. School boards included .

My doctor at SCCA (Seattle Cancer Care Alliance) just release me from their care as I have now been 6 years in remission/last treatments..

A refugee of the Soviet War on Afghanistan to Pakistan when the National Geographic photographer took the now famous picture. She was tossed back by the Pakistani government as they claimed she was in the country on invalid identity card. The then Afghanistan government welcomed her back but she got held up from evacuating out until recently. Italy took her in and she is in the process of resettling, again.

The blazing Arizona heat cooks the desert before sunset. — PNW, It's going to be hot this weekend, stay safe, stay sheltered, stay cool.

NWS has called an Excessive Heat Warning for Seattle, Portland and PNW starting Friday at 2 pm to end after 9 PM Monday.

Friday will, in Seattle hit upper 80s to low 90’s.

Saturday will be in the upper 90’s +.

Sunday they are currently calling for 101-103.

Monday also being called for the 105+

Western Washington/Oregon border area will be even warmer 110-115+ on Monday and not let up until later in the week.

All this is currently based on several models. So it’s not a fluke or a person in a panic mode. We starting seeing the models (at my home) back earlier this week and started our prep. Getting A/C units into the windows, fans to add to the air circulation.

I got my second shot today… This one didn’t hurt going in as the vaccinator pinched my deltoid a bit to give more “volume” to give the injection into.

Now 4 hrs later… Starting to run a slightly elevated temp (my normal is 97.7, up to 98.6), feel like a head cold coming on, if I sit too long I’m a bit stiff getting up. About what I would get 4 hrs after a flu shot. Coworkers have had their second shots and had similar issues and usually spend a day or two afterwards to take it easy at home.

After the dose, I was sitting in a chair waiting on my time to go… I felt a sense of relief, a worry going away. Not like the first dose where I cried with joy at getting it.. But a like I got a true Passover.

I’m alive.
