In what is being treated as a terrorist attack, a truck driver in Nice, France, intentionally drove his vehicle into a crowd celebrating Bastille Day. At multiple news outlets are reporting that at least 70 are dead, and many more injured.
Some reports claim the truck was "loaded with arms and grenades", though what purpose they were intended to serve is unclear.
President Obama briefly addressed the incident at the beginning of tonight's town hall, and in a statement called it a "horrific terrorist attack." Donald Trump announced that he would postpone his vice presidential pick, scheduled for tomorrow, and told Bill O'Reilly that he would request a declaration of war against ISIS.
