The polls may be looking very good for Joe Biden, but we cannot be complacent. Because if Republicans can disqualify enough ballots, Donald Trump could still win.
Sign up to call Pennsylvania voters on Monday or Tuesday and walk them through the process of correctly casting their ballots to ensure they are counted. Our friends at NextGen America are running a remote phone bank to young Democratic voters.

Pennsylvania is the tipping point state that should deliver the 270th electoral vote that would award Biden the presidency. But due to a recent state court decision on vote-by-mail ballots, thousands of mostly Democratic voters could have their ballots disqualified.
If you vote by mail in Pennsylvania (which many more people are doing because of COVID-19), you must now put your ballot inside an additional "secrecy" envelope. Voters who mail out their ballots without this extra envelope can have their ballots disqualified. This has come to be known as naked ballots, and it could result in thousands of voters being disenfranchised.
But NextGen America has a plan. When you sign up to phone bank (which you can do from your personal computer), you will be connected with young, Democratic-leaning voters in Pennsylvania who have requested a vote-by-mail ballot. You will walk them through the process and explain the necessary steps to mail in their ballot so that it is counted.
Phone banking is hard work and can be intimidating, but these calls are very effective and will have a tangible impact. You are calling voters who already plan to vote by mail in a swing state, and you are giving them concrete advice. And while you make these calls, you can communicate directly with staff at NextGen on their Slack channel to answer your questions.
Click to volunteer on Monday or Tuesday to call Pennsylvania voters about naked ballots, making sure they will correctly mail in their ballots and have their voices heard.
