I mentioned Dean's "State of the Union" address last night, or in the wee hours of the morning, depending:

1 hour 9 minutes. Requires RealPlayer.
The Dean folks also have out a new 30-second campaign commercial which emphasizes his leadership on the issues.
I mention these because I'm taking these videos as signs that the Dean campaign is doing what it needs to do: staying positive, reaching out to voters on the issues, presenting a better side of Dean, and listening to what the troops are saying (some of us have been screaming for an effective 30-second ad since they released the 60-second "Doctor who Delivers" ad).
In the best case, Dean is going to turn the campaign around. In the worst case, he'll be able to hammer on the issues enough to keep having an effect on the electorate. We'll have to wait and see.
