I think Dean ought to dump CM Trippi and adopt a more experienced manager. To be sure, he has brought Dean's campaign a long way, but he has very little winning experience past the early stages of a presidential primary. His legion of candidates usually do well in early primaries, with some, in fact, winning the nomination, then losing in November.
I think Dean's only hope now is for him to either drastically reduce Trippi's influence, or to fire him altogether. I just don't think he has the ability to put together a winning general election campaign, or, for that matter, a strong primary campaign.
