This Sinclair thing is pretty upsetting, and obviously a primary aim here at Dkos is putting the media in their place. But let's learn a lesson from Moore and Al Franken. They both have enjoyed enormous successes in part because of their wit and originality, but primarily because of the controversial "wind" that sweeps their books, movies and shows into the spotlight. This controversy is usually generated by them with the sole intention of garnering press time and attention, and it works every time. The more we publicly bitch about the Sinclair thing, the more likely it is to attract eyeballs at showtime. I say let's treat it as a non-issue, and focus hard on Bush. He does poorly on the defense and we have the advantage. If ignored, the Sinclair "documentary" will get little press and, hopefully, little viewership.
