Ok, I know this is off-topic, but this is bothering me and DailyKos has taught me how to deal with such frustration. This is a diary about baseball, not politics.
During Game 1 of the ALCS, Mike Mussina was throwing a perfect game through the first 6 1/3 innings. The problem is, the announcers KEPT TALKING ABOUT IT!! Any baseball fan out there knows that it is unethical, and just plain not cool, to talk about it when its happening. If a pitcher is throwing a perfect game, his teammates won't even look at him between innings, let alone talk to him about it.
It jinxes the accomplishment before it is even accomplished!
Look, whether you are a Red Sox fan or a Yankee fan, this could have been history in the making, and even though them talking about it didn't make Mussina give up his first hit, or run, it's just not right. So all you baseball fans out there, take a moment out of emailing Sinclair and its advertisers, and start bombarding Fox Sports with some bad mojo directed to Joe Buck and Tim McCarver for what it did.

And if you still don't care, do it anyway, because Murdoch owns it. :-)
