NPR's Weekend Edition Saturday had a story on the Presidential election (
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=4135070)and the OBL tape, in the story they played a tape of Bush calling Kerry's claims that OBL escaped from Tora Bora "shameful" and he cited Tommy Franks who said, "if we had ever known where he was we would have gotten him", this story left the clear impression that John Kerry was not telling the truth and OBL was not at Tora Bora, despite the fact that numerous NPR stories have contradicted Bush's assertions.
I suggest we go to the NPR archives and email their own reporting on Tora Bora to them (corrections@npr.org; wesat@npr.org; ombudsman@npr.org) and suggest that they air a correction.
Here are some archived stories
