"Blessings from Jesus, and now the news"
Tonight's major stories include progress in the negotiations between the United States and The Islamic Republic, meeting in Paris. Ambassador Arafat has assured the American representatives that all hostages would be released in time for Easter.
In other stories, the Journal Nature announces the discovery of a cure for homophilia, race riots break out again in Scarsdale, and the Disney Network denies rumors that its scientists in Edinborough have cloned Prince Charles.
And now we go to our correspondent in Paris, Barbara Bush, how's it going BB?
The screen briefly shows the CBS cross and then the familiar image of BB fills the screen standing before the great mosque of the sacred heart, over looking Paris.
"Blessings from Paris."
"Meetings in Paris finally seem to be coming to an end. The American representative, Secretary of State Jesse Jackson Jr., was invited by the Ambassador to an interfaith prayer session at the palatial home of the Ambassadors' mother. Salah Arafat, ranked number three in Forbes list of the richest women in the world, told this correspondent that she was pleased to offer her home in the spirit of peace."
The camera panned to the eight, and faded to a scene of the elegant widow: "It is a great pleasure for me to be able to use my home to bring peace to the troubled people Michigan. I am sure my martyred husband is looking down from heaven on this blessed event."
