Ok. This is it. Dean is gone. We can talk about all his contributions to the Party until we are blue in the face. And it's all true.
But it's time to move on.
I thought that the Kerry juggernaut was unstoppable. As much as I dislike the candidate, I was ready to jump in and help. (Hey, there are more important things at stake here.)
But Kerry is showing weaknesses. And Edwards is showing strength.
This is my call to Deaniacs: Let's join Edwards. Let's do what we did for Dean to help the Southern boy. He showed he can win in the South. Today he showed that he can win anywhere else.
True, he didn't win. But: 1) he could have with our help, and 2) Kerry has this frontrunner momentum pushing him.
But he doesn't have much else. And Edwards will be a much better candidate in the General Election. Plus, we (Deaniacs) HATE Kerry.
So what are we waiting?
