I think that the opinion pages of the NY Times and Washington Post are worth watching because the shape the tone of coverage for a lot of the media. I am looking at the for if they help or undermine Dubya.
The first two editorials are about the Democratic nominees. The third is about the censorship on Russian television.
Thomas Friedman has a piece about "the U.S. ouster of Saddam Hussein has also triggered the first real 'conversation' about political reform in the Arab world in a long, long time." Then he cites some examples of articles published, none of which actually discuss an Arab country reforming its politics.
Jon Margolis has a piece about Dean. James Dobbins has a piece about Haiti and Tom Brokaw has a piece on Afghanistan, both of which suggest spending more money in the respective countries but neither discuss who Dubya's policies make that very unlikely.
So, no pieces that bash Dubya. One piece that supports his invasion of Iraq.
