Kerry's people are obviously not the ones to panic. But hopefully
this will light some fire under their feet. (Link is a PDF).
Franklin and Marshall Keystone Poll of Pennsylvania. 3/25-29. MoE 4.1%. (Feb results in parenthesis)
Bush 46 (46)
Kerry 40 (47)
What does this tell us? That Bush doesn't have much room to grow support. He's a known quantity. The best he can do is drag Kerry down, and his latest $18 million is effectively doing that.
Kerry's favorable/Unfavorable ratings:
Favorable: 37 (36)
Unfavorable: 33 (26)
Undecided: 18 (13)
Don't know: 12 (25)
Watch for the Republicans to keep raising Kerry's negatives. Kerry needs to respond. It's early, and being patient served them well in the primary. But they can't let Bush define Kerry this early.
