First off, this is my first entry. Please don't kill me if I mess up :). I spotted this on WRH and I thought it was an interesting thing to bring up here.
The site in question is moveamericaforward.org that bills itself as "a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization committed to supporting America's efforts to defeat terrorism and supporting the brave men and women of our Armed Forces." However, the WHOIS lookup was a bit more revealing: The site was registered to Russo Marsh & Rogers - a known Republican PR firm. Right NOW, DNS entries for both sites even resolve to the same ip (66.81.15.233).
As soon as the story got out, SOMEONE updated the whois database with a different name.
Along with the usual right-wing drivel, the site hosts a list of email addresses to various theaters planning to show Fahrenheit911 for people to FReep. It's posted on http://www.moveamericaforward.org/MichaelMoore/ . As it stands, the site is nothing more than a Republican attempt to facilitate a fake grass-roots movement against the movie. I say let them show the movie and then let everyone have their say about it.
Please consider emailing the addresses posted there with messages of support if you wish F911 to be shown. I think I'll do it myself. Feel free to use the RMR addies at http://rmrwest.com/Contact.asp as well.
With that in mind, it's worth looking back at all those groups solidly opposed to John Kerry that were unknown before. More than ever, I'm starting to suspect that most of those groups are organized by outfits like RMR for the sole purpose of helping Duhbya by smearing John Kerry.

Is the link to the story. Can't say I agree with all of Michael's views, but this was a great catch.
