On the George W. Bush website they unveiled a new economy quiz called "2004 or 1996?"
http://www.georgewbush.com/2004economy/
in an attempt to show that the economy under G.W. Bush in 2004 is actually better than Clinton's economy during the 90's.
John Kerry talks down America's economy. But does he realize that today's economy is growing stronger than the 1996 economy he spoke of in glowing terms? Take the quiz to see if you can tell the difference between 2004 and 1996.
I think if you ask your average guy on the street if they thought the economy was better under Bill Clinton or G.W. Bush you'd be hard pressed to find anybody say it's better under G.W.
Let's not even go back as far as 1996 and be fair to the president by comparing the economy from the time Bush came into office until today. 2004 and 2000? Take my quiz:
