How much would a 50 state strategy really cost? How many people's $50 did Paul Hackett need for this one race?
It seems to me that in the past the party with the financial advantage has been that which courts big business; certainly this has been true in Britain (Conservatives), and such discrepancies seem to be magnified in the US.
Grassroots? Not so powerful.
If this campaign is going to be effective, someone is going to have to figure out how much money will be available, and how best to distribute it. This is a greater task than I am capable of, but here is a poll, just for kicks...
