In the interest of promoting a better, clearer, more powerful citizen's voice movement, I suggest we form local Kos Clubs.
These would be get togethers on a regular basis in your area, where 1-3 pre-selected members give a short political speech. You would give the speech just as if there were a crowd of thousands, ie, not like you're just having a conversation or a little presentation.
The audience listens and afterwards gives feedback, encouragement, ideas, etc (follow up discussion)
The discussion time is limited and can follow some basic rules, like don't interrupt, etc
During discussion, the presenter acts like a Prime Minister in parliament, defending and expanding on the position ... this develops all the personal skills associated around working with crowds, thinking on your feet, being gracious, strong, etc.
There is no goal as to arriving at a consensus, it's a just way to promote better political speaking skills while diseminating your message.
The daring, can video these presentations, digitize and put on web.
A really good speech could also be taken to a local protest organizer, to see if the speaker can get on the rally line-up.
At the end of the meeting, people volunteer to present at the next meeting, etc. Or use a web scheduler
