Tomorrow is the day that America finds out which Senators really represent the people of this country, and which ones represent the wealthy and the corporations. Tomorrow, Representative John Conyers will stand up and object to the vote count in Ohio. If, as in the 2000 election, there is not one senator who will stand with him, then it will be as if he had never spoken. Being from North Carolina, I know that neither of my Senators would EVER stand up with him, but there are other Senators from other states that could and might if we let our voices be heard. You can call any Senator at 1-800-839-5276. It is your duty as an American to make your voice heard. Please try and call!
My understanding is that John Kerry will not be attending because he will be on a trip through the Middle East. Personally, I think that he is as depressed as the rest of us at the results of the "election" and just couldn't sit there and hear Congress certify the vote that would keep Bush in power for four more years!
