Monday on the Ed Schultz show there was a caller that indentified himself as former military. The caller stated that Bush's scripted teleconference broke the law in regards to coercing a false answer from a soldier.
A military law was cited by the caller and he detailed that not only is it a felony to not answer the president truthfully when asked a question, but ordering a serviceman to give predetermined answers is a felony in itself.
The purpose of this diary to ask those that are familiar with military law if they can reference the title of the law, and if last Thursday's teleconference can truly be prosecuted as a felonious offense. Search came up empty on this one, and any insight is appreciated.
