) which we have already seen GOP partisan flaks spinning towards for weeks now, we know that these clowns violated the law. Not just "technicality" violations which partisan creeps like GOP scumbag/Senator from Texas, Kay Bailey Hutchinson suddenly
on, such as perjury charges either.
Because we know Rove, Libby, and crew violated their SF 312 non-disclosure oaths, which is a criminal act. See below the fold.
While it may be old news for many who have been studiously following the Plame-outing/Treasongate, it is worth reviewing the law:

Emphasis mine.
This of course, doesn't even touch on possible violations of the Espionage Act of 1917, the IIPA itself, perjury, conspiracy, obstruction of justice charges, as well. If Fitzgerald lives up to his reputation as being tenacious as a bulldog in pursuing any criminal wrongdoing his investigations come across, those in the Fright-WingTM pinning their hopes on escaping indictments for real crimes, on extremely narrow squinty-eyed readings of the IIPA may be bitterly disappointed.
