Dear Senator Schumer:
I saw the following report in the New York Times about your response to Ms. Miers' nomination: ""Today is a day, I guess, of some hope - there's hope Harriet Miers is a mainstream nominee," Mr. Schumer said. But, "we just don't know very much" about her, he said."
The woman has NEVER BEEN A JUDGE! She has POOR-TO-DISMAL QUALIFICATIONS! How can such a person possible by good for our country on the bench? Why not find a good-hearted hot-dog vendor to do the job?
I very much appreciate all your hard work. I just was floored by this particular reaction and I sincerely hope you will see the need for wisdom and experience on the Supreme Court.
Best regards,
Noel Gurwick
