We have a 3 year old obsessed with the Presidents (blame Disney World).
Anyway, after he memorized their names and order, we told him that Harry Truman said, "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen."
So of course, he wanted to know what the other presidents said.
Nixon: "I am not a crook."
FDR: "We have nothing to fear but fear itself."
Teddy R.: "Walk softly and carry a big stick."
(We thought Clinton's most memorable quote unfortunately will be "I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.")
Anyway, I realize it's still only partway through the second term of the national nightmare of George "DoubleYuck" Bush's reign, but what are the nominees for his most memorable quote.
I personally use "Is our children learning?"
UPDATE: Took off "I want justice...There's an old poster out West, as I recall, that said, 'Wanted: Dead or Alive." It got no votes, and I'm sure this diary will disappear off the front page shortly.
