In about ten to twenty minutes, the polls will close in Washington State, and returns will begin coming in shortly thereafer.
I'm posting this diary to give Washington Kossacks and any other Kossacks a thread to discuss local election results. News from the east coast has been largely dominant thus far, but we have our own races and ballot measures to think about.
You may remember me as the Kossack who posted all those LIVE trial diaries back in May and June during the gubernatorial election challenge.

UPDATE: Sims is winning by a comfortable margin. 912 is losing is Snohomish County, which is a good sign. The Portal has more.
UPDATE: nwprogressive reports that we're looking good on 912. Key counties such as Thurston are defeating the initiative. The initiative is currently failing.
