When I look at what is wrong in the world, there is a lot to be outraged about.
What concerns me is that I have a feeling of outrage, a sense of ongoing OBSCENITY regarding l'affaire Schiavo that is elsewhere lacking.
I think that the war in Iraq, drilling in ANWR, the bankruptcy bill, etc. are wrong, and they make me angry, but they don't fill me with the rage that the Schiavo circus does.
The bankruptcy bill will condemn MILLIONS of Americans to Peonage.
The war in Iraq has resulted in the deaths of around one hundred thousand Iraqis, and nearly two thousand Americans, counting civilian contractors.
I see this as wrong, as evil, as stupid, but the depth of emotion I feel about Randall Terry and scum that he works with (New and Improved with Nader and Jesse Jackson, Sr.!) is as a lit match to an oil well head fire (seen one, it's the gates of hell).
It doesn't make sense.
It's just a family arguing how to dispose of the remains of a loved one.
I don't get it, and I don't seem to be able to put this in perspective.
Please explain.
