Hyperbole? Guess again.
The EPA is now advertising a program to test Pesticides on Duval County, Florida children. Or more specifically.. pay the lower classes to have the inside of homes sprayed periodically with pesticides and then every three to six months examine pictures of the children and take stool samples among other methods to study the effect on children.
Impossible? It's happening now.
Bill Nelson (D-Fla) and Barbara Boxer are fighting a battle to stop the program and have stated they will use any means necessary to stop the confirmation of Stephen Johnson for EPA administrator after he changed the policy banning the use of information derived from such tests. Johnson not only reversed the decision but stated he will not cancel the program.
CHEERS funded by the american Chemistry council (and industry lobbying group) to the tune of $2.1 million.
It may be noted that the study specifically targets poor and minority neighborhoods. The current going rate to expose your children intentionally to deadly chemicals is $970.
Hyperbole? Perhaps not.
CHEERS Bush and company. It seems you have a use for our children after all.
Help stop this atrocity now.
