Had the TV on late last night while I was on the computer, and after the local news, "Nightline" came on. Interview was with Gen. Janice Karpinski, the fall gal for the Abu Ghraib scandal.

She talked about likely lawsuit coming out of this, and gave a credible account of how, step-by-step, the operation was turned over to the military intelligence guy who had come from Gitmo, but it was done in a way that left her on the hook.
