Here it is for what it is. Let's see. We have GA CD 1,5,7 and 10. All of those seats are uncontested. A little bit of a plug for Howard Dean here- Dean is trying to get people to have every house seat contested in the future. So, let's hope we see that.
CD 11 is the best shot we have, according to Chris Bowers. Rick Crawford is our guy there. He's running against Phil Gingrey. It looks like Crawford is trying to frame the race on economic issues. Gingrey barely won this district in the 2002 Georgia disaster, so maybe there's a chance for us to pick it up. If you have any pocket change or time, this would be the seat to put your dough up for.
Incumbents (in order of length of tenure) are Sanford Dixon in GA2. He's a Democrat. Republican Charlie Norwood (GA9) is running again, this will be his tenth year. Norwood was a term-limits candidate 10 years ago, and he broke his own pledge to quit after 6 years. He faces my main man
Bob Ellis. Those two districts are probably safe for the occupants. CD 3, 12 and 13 are contested seats, and the incumbents have been there for only 1 term.
