We've all
read about AT&T, BellSouth, SBC, Verizon, Cingular (owned by AT&T and BellSouth) and MCI (owned by Verizon) selling our private phone records to the NSA to spy on law abiding Americans. Let's show them how upset we are. It's easy--and free.
TODAY--CALL YOUR PHONE COMPANY if they're involved. Speak to customer service. Tell the representative that you read in USA Today that your call information -- the records of who you are calling and who is calling you -- is being sold to the NSA by your phone company and they must stop. Remind the representative that it's against the law, and against the terms of your agreement with them. Notify the representative that such unAmerican behavior will cause you to cancel your service IMMEDIATELY.
Contact numbers are below the fold... and recommend this diary if you want to help others get in touch with these companies
It's
