In an earlier post, I asked this question and DHinMI gave me a partial answer. But I'm asking if there's more.
Why would a military career, even one as stellar as Clark's (and I mean that sincerely) equals blanket "foreign policy experience"?
Has Clark brokered trade agreements? Negotiated over international money policy? Negotiated any non-military treaties? Strategic arms negotiations? Refugee issues and aid? AIDS?
He has deep experience in one aspect of foreign policy, but I could not find any broad experience over these other areas of foreign policy.
I looked, but did not find. Can somebody help me out?
I'm actually serious, here. I'm pretty sure that Clark is the only other possible candidate at this point, besides Dean. Given that, I'm trying to fill in holes in my knowledge of his record and experience.
