Here's today's poll--and in light of this being job number day, timely as well. I'm looking at employment status.
Here are some definitions for the categories.
Full time employed means that you are working full time in a job that you're trained for, or credentialed for, or that you sought out because you wanted that particular line of work or job (for example, if you have a law degree, but are now happily working as a chef, you are still in this category)
Full time underemployed means that while you're working full time hours, you are very overqualified for the job and only took it because you couldn't find something more suitable or you are being paid far less than at your salary peak and this is not desired by you (for example, you were a programmer and now you are a cashier at Target)
In both cases, it is assumed that you have an employer (even if it is your company--if you have other employees and draw a salary, I consider you to have an employer). There is another category if you are self employed.
