This may be old news, but I found no mention of it elsewhere on KOS.
I just watched Stewart's interview with James Baker twice in order to write a transcript for a different post. But, this line stuck out to me as exceptionally bizarre, and it begged for a follow-up because I can find no other mention of North Korea having a nuclear weapon under Bush pere:

If this is true, and I think we can take Baker at his word on this, the revelation should drastically reframe how we understand the past fifteen years of American and foreign diplomacy with North Korea. If NK had nuclear weapons technology in the pre-Clinton era, what has changed so drastically in the past few years that would cause Kim Jong Il to announce and test that technology on the world stage?
