Democratic Congressional Candidate Bill Morrison took a trip over to Jefferson Elementary in Fayette County on Thursday to speak with elementary school students about the process of government. As a school teacher, Bill was in familiar territory, answering questions and offering advice to students interested in government.
"These children are our future. As a father and a teacher, I believe it is my responsibility to help teach these kids about the world around them as well as protect them from dangers they may not even know about. When elected to Congress of Tennessee's 7th District, I promise to continue to keep that a priority."
The Republicans attending the same event first attempted to block Bill from coming in, then immediately left before talking with any of the children one-on-one. To find out more about these latest Republican antics and see pictures from the event be sure to check out the latest post from blogger American08 at http://www.dailykos.com/...
