The defeatis tone I'm getting by reading these posts on this site regarding the Connecticut senate race is very unecessary. An outsider to politics would have thought election day has already passed and Lieberman won. People are forgetting about the most important and significant facts facing this unique senate race in Connecicut. Ned Lamont is definitely still in this race and by my accounts has a great opportunity to win on election day. Be positive please......only one month left here.
As an individual, who is working for the Lamont campaign, I can say everybody is working extremely hard to make sure Ned Lamont is the next United States senator from Connecticut. There is no doubt people are disapointed by the results of the latest polls connected to this race, but the readers of this site must realize they only reflect the opinions of a small minority of voters. (over the period of time the poll was taken)
The reality is that Connecticut has only approximately 2.1 million voters, which means it only takes a very small amount of voters to be key in a decisive Lamont victory. To let everybody know on the record, Connecticut has somewhere just over 730,000 registered Democrats, which is approximately one third of the total electorate in the state. In comparison, there are only about 450,000 registered republicans, which is 300,000 less than total registered Democrats. While the independents represent about 45% of the electorate or approximately a little over 900,000 voters. These numbers clearly show that a Joe Lieberman will have to fight hard for every vote in order to stay competitive in this race.
SO.....many people are forgetting there are (tens of thousands-hundred of thousands of voters- the number is massive) who remain undecided or will change from leaning Lieberman to Lamont. There is strong evidence among undecided-leaning Lieberman voters who want to hear more from Lamont because they are nowhere near sold on Lieberman. Many of these voters realize Lieberman is playing classic politics with his misleading ads and half-truthful interviews. They want to be fully sold on Lamont before they make thier minds up to vote for him on election day. And I know they will come through for us and Lamont will win in a extremely close race.
IMPORTANT FACTS PEOPLE ARE FORGETTING!!!
*
Ned has 192,000 of the 300,000 votes from active + registered individuals in this group.
- this group includes teachers, teamsters, service workers..etc.
*
Veteran vote is quickly shifting in favor towards Lamont. The phony experience ads and messages are fading as we speak. People want results and understand desperate politics by Lieberman. Having a four star general such as Wesley Clark immensely impacts this race because he tells the Veterans that voting for Lamont is American and patriotic. On the other hand, a Liberman vote will be more of the same mess happening in that d.c republican congress.
Other groups in our favor
**
Young and educated voters are gonna vote democratic. They will turn out in record numbers.
*
The city vote will be decisive in our victory!.......
**
More ads that I promise will be effective and put the campaign over the top.

Republicans account for 22 percent of the state. I know many -especially liberal republicans will vote for Lamont. There are many of those in Connecticut.
Ballot positioning.......Lieberman will be anywhere from 5th to 8th on the ball. LAMONT IS SECOND.....works for us.
Plus there are three more DEBATES!! This will be our key to victory.!!
