Just heard it on CNN. Sixteen precincts in Cuyahoga County (Cleveland) will remain open until 10 pm, thanks to a federal judge.
Several precincts opened late, and in others machines weren't working into the mid-morning.
On a semi-related note. I got a little nervous when I heard NPR's 6 pm election round-up. The local NPR reporter was at Cuyahoga County election headquarters and he mentioned in passing that turnout was light?!?!?! Anyone else heard anything on turnout in this area?
