Well, with the oil still dripping off St. "I was in Vietnam" Kerry's head, and Dean all but done, all overm the country what does a Deanie have to look forward to?
- At least my sinking suspicions about the murkin people remain firmly entrenched. I was lambasted here for bemoaning the murkin people's woeful ignorance. That belief remains unchallenged.
- At least I can trust that more soldiers and Iraqi civilians will die in Iraq and that the next president will never identify the utter criminality and misguided ideology of this invasion.
- At least I know that the next president will have zero track record of improving health care, so my insuranceless mom will still have to take care of her mitral valve prolapse by eating calcium-magnesium tablets instead of being able to get to see a cardiologist.
- At least the progressives in this country will continue to be marginalized, polarized and kept under the radar by government and media working hand in hand to keep the truth from the american people.
- At least I know these grapes are bitter and sour and disenchanted. I have never worked so hard on a campaign so hard and so long, and have never invested more time, effort, money and heart than I have in Dr. Dean. In an earlier time I might have supported Kucinich, but I thought the time was ripe for chance. Instead we are getting status quo.
