Even though I live in the United States of Opression, I still have it pretty darn good. I imagine that many of us who read this blog have it pretty good, too, considering as a contrast the plight of someone like, say, an
Iraqi.
So, I am grateful for what I have: my health, the love of my friends and family, enough to "get by", MUSIC.
The most valuable thing that I need to live - my breath - is provided to me every day, until it stops, free of charge.
I am so grateful for that. And for the water I drink. And the delicious assortment of foods I can enjoy.
What are you grateful for?
May peace spread to the lives of those in conflict at this time. May the conflicts in Iraq and the potential for conflict in Iran subside. May the tide turn toward abundance for every live thing.
That which we give energy to, thrives. Thanks to those of you who read these.
