Wolf Blitzer is reviewing the annoucement of Tony Snow as WH press secretary now. Most of it is not worth duplicating other diaries.
But one comment by Blitzer is priceless if true. Wolf said that Bush told Snow "I didn't bring you here to drink the Kool-Aid..."
Didn't bring him there to drink the Kool-Aid?
Where did that come from? Is Bush admitting that there is Kool-Aid? A deliberate plan to decieve the American public?
Now let's be real. Tony Snow is not someone who needs to drink the Kool-aid. He is someone who makes the Kool-aid. He is a mixmaster. Heck, he probably has his own 'happy pitcher' suit that he wears to conservative events.
Can anyone confirm Bush actually said this? I didn't see the whole press conference.
And if so, what does this mean?
Perhaps they plan to replace the fluoride in the water with Kool-aid.
Perhaps they already have....
