As one would expect from an exchange with oneself, I have endeavored to answer my own question. Using data from opensecrets.org - particularly contributions from lobbyists and the insurance, oil and pharmaceutical industries - it is my displeasure to present to you the top 10 most "special" Senators and Representatives.
Of course, the voting records of some ranked may raise questions respecting the prudence of our benevolent four's investments. On the other hand, the countless legislative travesties of recent years would seem to suggest that they know what they're doing.
