DAY 2: With Joe evicted after the
first tribal council, the Democratic Tribe returned to the camp without any remorse. There was lingering resentment that Joe had cost the Tribe the last reward challenge, and many felt he didn't belong in this tribe in the first place anyway.
Back at camp, Dennis was becoming sharply critical. The campfire was causing some leaves to cover with soot, they were eating too much fish, and they should stop trading with the other tribes until they too eat less fish and put out their campfires too. While the others were somewhat sympathetic to his ideals, they thought they needed food and warmth to live.
At the second tribal council, held that night, and it was clear that Dennis' criticisms were grating on people. It was also apparent that Vietnam War veteran John K, who fought in the Vietnam War, had not won himself too many friends either, with his aloof attitude and large suitcase filled with haircare products, despite the fact that he was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
In the end, it was Dennis whose torch was extinguished, with a strong signal to John K that he might be next. And for the second tribal council in a row, John E emerged practically unscathed.
Who will be next? Did John K get the message to shape up or ship out? Is John E's run over? Has Carol been along for the ride long enough already?
(This poll will end on Wednesday AM - as long as at least 70 votes have been registered. If not, it'll continue until that threshold is reached.)
