Almost 6 years since 9-11 and the evidence is undeniable. I do not fear Al Qaida
But I, and other Americans have plenty to fear from the Bush Administration. Far more than we do from the entire world of terrorists.
When it comes to Al Qaida, clearly they haven't killed as many innocent men, women and children than Bush has. They'd like to - I don't doubt that - but they don't have Bush's budget or resources in getting folks killed.
And no enemy of the United States has used the tool of terrorism and the fear it generates more often or with such effective consistency as Bush, Cheney and the junta who works for them. Their tool has always been terror.
No terrorist could ever have wrought the damage to the USA that Bush has done as an inside job.
As for today's official report on the Al Qaida threat - perhaps the 29% of Americans still supporting the Bush regime will believe it, but the rest of us know better. We know that Al Qaida is used as a fundraising tool and a profit center for the mercenary businesses who have never made more money than they have since 9-11.
We know that the only kind of intelligence that comes out of our government these days is Bad Intelligence. Like the kind practiced by every public person in the Administration and the kind that turned today's military into invaders, occupiers and killers for profit.
So when it comes to fear, I am not scared of Al Qaida, because they cannot destroy America or even invade and occupy our country.
But George W. Bush & Company have a twisted, fundamentalist jihad as their mission that CAN destroy America and they have already invaded and occupied. They have cells in every state and their fanatic supporters will never admit their mistakes or stop their goal of taking away our freedoms or our democracy.
That's why they hate us so. They hate our freedom and democracy.
