Just a couple of interesting bits to pass on.
First, a youtube of Edwards on Leslie's show on CNN - many difficult questions. No waffling - says Clinton is "too sensitive" if she thought she resembled MLK's "Silence is betrayal". Goes into his thoughts on Obama running. And whether it is easier for him to speak out against funding the escalation compared to Hillary Obama.

it's worth a watch only 5 minutes...
Finally, apparently Obama's campaign contains someone familiar from Howard Dean's struggles in Iowa in 04.

Robert Gibbs is Obama's communications director and the former head of a front group/527 that ran attack ads against Dean in Iowa in 2004.

As The Washington Post reported on Feb. 11, a group called Americans for Jobs & Healthcare (AJHPV) spent $500,000 on ads attacking Dean in the run-up to the primaries. The Post said the group was headed by David Jones, a longtime adviser to Gephardt. It said the group's spokesman was Robert Gibbs, who had previously been working for the Kerry campaign. And where did the money come from? According to the Post, disgraced former Senator Robert Torricelli of New Jersey, a Kerry supporter, gave $50,000.

In its third ad in the past two weeks, the secretive 527 group Americans for Jobs, Healthcare & Progressive Values (AJHPV) brings out its harshest attacks to date against Howard Dean.
The ad's sole visual is a slowly moving shot of a Time Magazine cover featuring Osama bin Laden. As the picture zooms in on a close-up of bin Laden’s eyes, the announcer intones, "Howard Dean just cannot compete with George Bush on foreign policy." The ad concludes by asking Democrats – presumably those who currently support Dean - to "think about that … and think about it now."
The ad began airing in New Hampshire and South Carolina on Saturday, before the capture of Saddam Hussein. Two other AJHPV anti-Dean ads have aired in Iowa, both ending with a domestic variation of the Osama warning: "If you thought Howard Dean had a progressive record … check the facts … and think again." Overall, AJHPV has pledged to spend $400,000 on advertising in Iowa.
I'm probably the only one who finds it ironic that Obama's communications director was the frontman for a 527 that ran ads against Howard Dean with Osama bin Laden in them.. Talk about Karma.
UPDATE: a link to a huffpost article was deleted due to the Huffpost citing inaccurate information. Too bad huffpost isn't as accurate as it should be.
