Just to make a reporting thread for this weekend. I've been AWOL from my corner for a couple-three weeks, but made it back today.
Beautiful weather, bright sunny fall day, and the trees here are finally changing color.
Alone again, as usual. I've got to bring a radio or something to help pass the time!
Traffic and Honks-for-Impeachment seemed quieter than usual; half a dozen negatories (tho 3 were "unintelligible shouters", but you can sorta' tell by tone of voice); the usual handful of pedestrian and bicycle "honkers".
TECHNICAL QUESTION??? Has anyone got any suggestion(s) about weather-proofing signs? I've been out in "damp" once, but the real Winter Wet is on the way... (Currently using cardboard from big appliance boxes.) Wrap them in plastic? Use acrylics on 1-16th plywood? Use Dry-mark surface somehow? Of course, I think this ENOUGH thing has only been running since mid-summer, so maybe no-one's experienced any real gully-wash rain yet?
