I thought it would be useful to have a diary detailing events from the special Congressional election in MA-05.
Please post any information you have in the comments, and I'll try to update with stories as they come in.
So far, all I've got is this article from the Boston Globe saying that they expect about 20% turnout, but it's been running heavier than expected so far.

Turnout is light (or is it?) according to Lowell newspaper:

Update 8:10 p.m. EST: No word yet on Massachusetts SoS page:

I'll update as the results come in.
Results can be found here:
http://www.thebostonchannel.com/...
So far, with 3% reporting, Tsongas 59%, Ogonowski 39%
9:02 EST: 49% reporting, Tsongas 46%, Ogonowski 51%.
I don't know anything about the precincts here, but if it's anything like what I've seen elsewhere, the more rural, conservative places report their results first, and the more liberal cities report last.
9:18 EST: Tsongas declares victory!!!!!
