I have not seen this in another diary, and if this is repetitive, I'll take it down (if I can figure out how). While many of you will scoff and say this is irrelevant, unimportant, cynical, etc, etc, etc, the DCCC outraised their GOP counterpart, again, for the 3rd quarter.
Via Politico a/k/a GOP's AP
Not only did the DCCC outraise the NRCC, again, in the third quarter, they ended the quarter with a metric buttload more ca$h-on-hand.
The nasty, cynical facts:
Raised Ca$h-on-hand Debt Net
DCCC $16M $28M $2.9 $25.1
NRCC $ 7.7M $ 1.6M $3.9 <$ 2.3>
Now I minored in Economics. I keep a checking account. I seem to remember that negative numbers are not a good thing !!!
Say what you will, but with twelve retirements (so far)in the House and damned little (if any) money, the NRCC is going to have a very tough time supporting their candidates next year. I see another "wave" a-coming.
